A Subject Group is one program you photograph for one client: this year's seniors at a high school, a fall underclass day, a church directory, a dance studio's spring portraits. It is where the roster lives, and it is what booking, reminders, policies, and reports all attach to. Set a group up once and the people in it can book their own appointments, receive the right messages, pay under the right terms, and appear in the right exports.
