When a contact at a school, league, or company signs in to Airstudio, they see the Client Contact Portal: a view of everything connected to their organization, branded with your studio and theirs. Yearbook coordinators use it to check who has booked, office staff use it to swap files with you, and business managers use it to pay invoices. This page is a tour of the portal, tab by tab, with the guides at the bottom covering access, permissions, and setup.

Read-mostly, not read-only. Contacts can add and edit students, book a session for a student, add and remove their own contacts, upload files where you allow it, sign documents, complete tasks assigned to them, and pay invoices. They cannot create or change jobs, groups, sessions, or anything about your studio.

Getting in

Contacts sign in on the same page as staff and families, with the email on their contact record. Access is turned on per contact with Contact Login Access; the welcome email carries the link to set a password. A contact who is also a parent chooses Personal Account or Client Contact Account after signing in and can switch with the Client Contact link in the sidebar. A contact attached to several organizations first sees a list of them and picks one. Profile in the sidebar opens the contact's own record. See Getting Access.

What contacts can change: their organization's subjects and contacts, files where sharing is allowed, and bookings made on a student's behalf. Everything else is a window onto your studio's records. The full matrix is in What a Contact Can Do.

Navigation

The portal carries your studio's branding with the organization's name at the top and its own logo in the corner. A row of tabs gives access to nine sections, in this order:

Schedule · Subjects · Subject Groups · Sessions · Billing · Contacts · Locations · Notifications · Files

A contact who belongs to more than one of your teams also sees a team switcher. The tabs contacts work in most are Files, Contacts, and Subjects; the rest are for checking on the studio's progress.

Schedule

The Schedule tab shows every job booked at or for this school, laid out in a week-by-week table by default. The view drop down contains all the same options as the main schedule page. Each row represents a single job with the following columns:
