The Subjects tab lists everyone in the group and is where day-to-day roster work happens: adding and removing people, correcting records, reassigning teams, and resolving duplicates.
There are three ways to add subjects. All are found by clicking Edit on the group.

| Add Existing Subjects | People already in Airstudio under the same organization, such as returning students. Search and select; no new records are created. |

Subjects can also add themselves when Self-Assigned Subjects is enabled.
Each row shows the subject's ID, name, email, phone, booking status, team, job, gallery link, and any custom fields. Columns for Captura, GotPhoto, or Fotomerchant appear when the organization syncs with that platform. Use the search box to filter by name or ID; click a row to open the subject.
The toolbar above the table provides:
Select one or more rows and choose Remove. Removal takes the subject out of this group only. Their record, sessions in other groups, and login remain intact. To permanently archive subjects, see Copying, Archiving & Deleting.
Select rows and choose Reassign Team to move subjects to a different team within the group. A subject whose booked session belongs to a job on another team cannot be moved until that session is changed; the confirmation lists anyone who was skipped. See Teams.
Duplicates arise when a subject self-assigns with a misspelled name, or when a roster is imported twice with different IDs. Deduplicate analyzes the group, lists likely matches with a confidence score, and lets you choose which record to retain. The other record is merged into it and its sessions and contacts are preserved.
