Open any subject from the Subjects list or a Subject Group roster to reach their page. It has a header with the subject's name and organization, and a row of tabs.

Profile

The subject's identity and settings. Click Edit to change any of them.

Field Notes
First Name, Last Name As they should appear on session sheets and in the gallery.
ID Number The school's Student ID. Used to match rosters, gallery exports, and sign-in for School category groups.
Email, Secondary Email Must be unique across subjects, contacts, and employees. The primary email is the login for Commercial groups and the destination for notifications.
Phone, Secondary Phone With optional extensions. Used for SMS notifications when enabled.
Address Street, city, state, and zip. Required when a Subject Group's booking fields require an address.
Login Access, Password, Last Login Whether the subject can sign in, a way to set or reset their password, and when they last did.
Organization, Subject Groups The client and the programs the subject belongs to.
Receive Email, Receive SMS Channels the subject accepts. Off means nothing is sent on that channel.
Files Whether the subject can view files, upload files, and create folders in their shared folder.
Contacts Up to two parents or guardians. See .
Studio Notes Internal notes visible to staff only.

Subject Groups Each group the subject belongs to, with booking status, the gallery link, Captura online code or GotPhoto gallery password where applicable, and the group's custom field values for this subject.
Sessions Every session past and upcoming, with the actions staff can take on them. See .
Billing Saved payment methods, payments, invoices, and print orders. See .
Custom Fields Values for custom fields defined on the subject's groups and on the subject itself. See .
Files The subject's folders and any documents sent for signature. See .
Forms Form submissions from the subject.
Tasks Tasks created by the subject and tasks about the subject, plus task collections.
Notifications Every message sent to the subject and their contacts, with delivery and open status and a Resend button. See .
Locations Addresses on file for the subject.
Login Locations Where and when the subject has signed in, for support and security questions.
History Every change to the record and who made it.
