Files can be attached to most items in Airstudio - Jobs, Organizations, Tasks, Groups, and more. You can also use Airstudio as a secure file-sharing portal to share files with Organization Contacts or send file requests to receive important documents and data.

Within an Organization, you'll see two file folders:

Shared: Any organization contact with portal access can view files in this folder.

Staff Shared: Any employee in your company can view files in this folder.

How to Upload Files:

Open the location where you want to save the file.

Decide whether to share the file with the Organization or with your Staff.

If you don't want to share the file, create a new folder in the File tab or upload the file directly.

When ready, click "New File" and drag and drop files or browse to add them.

Click Save.

If a file is uploaded to an Organization with an assigned Account Manager, that person will receive an email notification with the filename and a direct link to access the file. The notification can be customized in Settings > Notifications > Template > File Uploaded
