An Organization is a client account: a school, a district, a sports league, a church, a company. It holds the people you deal with there, the addresses where you work, the terms you have agreed, and every Subject Group, job, session, invoice, and file connected to that client. Organizations are also your prospect list; a lead is simply an organization in an early stage.

Think of Organizations as your CRM. If a school calls, its organization page should answer who your contact is, what is scheduled, what has been invoiced, and what documents have been signed.

Every other setting has a working default. For a description of each one, see Settings Reference.

Once saved, the organization has Edit and Delete buttons and tabs for Schedule, Subject Groups, Subjects, Sessions, Contacts, Locations, Custom Fields, Billing, Tasks, Expenses, Teams, Notifications, Files, Forms, Notes, and History. See Managing & Deleting Organizations for the list page, bulk actions, and deletion.
