A Subject is the person in front of the camera: a student, a senior, an employee, a dancer. Their record follows them for as long as you photograph them, one record across every year and every program, carrying their contact details, their sessions, their payments, their files, and every message you have sent. Parents and guardians attach to the subject as Contacts, with their own logins, so the family can book and be reminded without sharing a password.

Organization → Subject Group → Subject → Contact. The client, the program, the person, the parent. Every page in this section assumes that chain, and the Student ID is what holds a subject together across years.
